In 2023, 15,591 food carts were served to 3,492 food insecure families in our community. This could not have been done without the support of our volunteers and donors.

What We Do

Community Caring Center provides a range of services including food, clothing, and small household goods.

We are 100% reliant on donations from individuals in the local Azle community, civic organizations, churches, and Azle ISD organizations including:

In addition to food donations, our local Albertsons and Brookshire’s regularly have in-store fundraising to support the CCC.

Next to Community Caring Center, we operate The Porch Resale Shoppe which is also open to the general public. We sell all kinds of merchandise, including jewelry, household décor, cookware, vintage, toys, and small appliances. Not all of the items are secondhand; people donate new and “lightly used” merchandise as well. All money raised from the sale of goods is used to purchase more food for our food pantry, support our hygiene product program, and maintain our facilities.
