Backpack Program
We know growing children can have big appetites!
CCC partners with Food for Good, a division of PepsiCo, to provide healthy, easily prepared foods to children within Azle ISD. School counselors discreetly distribute backpacks each Friday during the school year.
Backpacks include meals and snacks designed to meet the USDA’s nutrition standards. They include sources of dairy, protein, whole grains, and fruits or vegetables. All things growing bodies need!
